Overview
The building and where it stands.
Senna Tower is FG Empreendimentos' skyscraper in Balneário Camboriú, the high-rise beach city in Santa Catarina in Brazil's south, which the developer, FG — already responsible for the tallest residential building in Latin America — presents as the tallest residential tower in the world on completion, conceived as a tribute to Ayrton Senna in collaboration with the Ayrton Senna Institute. Construction is under way and pre-sales have been substantial; completion is expected in 2033.
Current pricing runs from roughly US$978,000 to US$1 million. The market estimate for the tower is a total annual return of 9–12%. At this level the purchase clears Brazil's investor-visa threshold several times over; the decision is about the asset and the long delivery horizon.
