Who we are

This website is operated by Lincoln Global Partners FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

For any question about this policy or about how we handle your data, write to info@lincolnglobalpartners.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you complete an enquiry form, book a call, start a chat or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, telephone number, country of residence and nationality, and whatever you tell us about your objectives, budget and family situation.

Information we collect if you become a client. Citizenship and residency applications are regulated processes. To prepare and file one we collect identity and eligibility documentation, which typically includes passports and civil status documents, proof of address, police clearance certificates, and evidence of the source and origin of funds. This is special, sensitive material and we treat it accordingly.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site our infrastructure and analytics tags record technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location derived from the IP address.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and provide the advisory services you ask for.
  • To prepare, submit and follow up applications with the relevant government programmes and their authorised agents.
  • To meet legal obligations, including the client due diligence, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping duties that apply to this industry.
  • To send you updates about programmes and changes in the rules, where you have asked for them or where you are already a client.
  • To measure how our advertising and our website perform, and to improve both.
  • To protect the site and our clients against fraud and abuse.

Cookies and third-party services

The site relies on a small number of external providers. Each of them processes some data on our behalf or as an independent controller:

  • Google Ads — conversion measurement and remarketing. Sets advertising cookies and may allow Google to associate your visit with its own advertising profile.
  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — the live chat widget and the enquiry forms. Anything you submit through them is stored in our CRM.
  • Calendly — consultation scheduling. Collects your name, email address and time zone when you book.
  • Mailgun — delivery of the emails we send you.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for this website, including security logs.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us through it, in which case your message is subject to Meta's own terms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may stop parts of the site, such as the chat widget and the booking flow, from working properly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data.

We share it where it is necessary to deliver the service you have engaged us for: with the government units, authorised agents, licensed promoters, due-diligence firms, banks and escrow providers involved in the specific programme you are applying to, and with the professional advisers acting on your file. We also share data with the service providers listed above, and with authorities where the law requires it.

International transfers

We are established in the United Arab Emirates and the programmes we work with sit in the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America and elsewhere. Handling your application therefore involves transferring your data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where those transfers are subject to European or UK data protection law, we rely on the transfer mechanisms those laws provide.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client files, including due diligence documentation, are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter for the period required by the anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules that apply to us and to the jurisdiction in which the application was filed. When a retention period ends, we delete the data or anonymise it.

Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can object to direct marketing at any time, and withdraw a consent you have given without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, write to info@lincolnglobalpartners.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the documentation we handle, and we restrict access to it to the people who need it to work on your file. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are directed at adults. We only process data about minors as part of a family application, and then only on the instruction of the parent or legal guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the applicable rules change. The date at the top of the page tells you when it was last revised.
