The studios at the Kiawah building are being sold to a total of 3 investors each and these investors will hold an individual freehold 1/3 share by title deed in that unit. Owners will have the right to resell their share of the unit without requiring the consent of the other owners of the unit and each investor is entitled to a one-time usage of the studio 2 weeks.

The mandatory hotel rental program will see that each owners receive a third of the interest on that unit, paid bi-annually though transparent revenue sharing model. Investors will not take on the risk of the hotel operation and will not be asked to pay annual fees as the developer has agreed to take on such operating risks.
