Finca Buenaventura is an operating agricultural business, not a residential purchase: 100 hectares at Los Árboles, Tunuyán, in the Valle de Uco — Argentina's premier premium wine region — sold as a going concern for US$3.55 million including the land, the operating business, production and the export brand. Offered through BBI.

Sixty-five hectares currently produce income; another thirty-five are unused, and the seller suggests hospitality, wine tourism, tasting facilities or a restaurant as the obvious way to lift revenue. Returns are not disclosed publicly: financial statements, documented revenues, export schedules and technical reports are available on request, and that due diligence is where any conversation starts.
