Unlike most of what we list it is already earning: the estate generates approximately US$1 million a year, and BBI quotes an internal rate of return between 29% and 54% depending on the scenario.

This is an agricultural and land investment with an operating business attached, not a property that grants status, and figures of this order deserve the same scrutiny as any other: audited accounts and the assumptions behind the IRR range come first.
