Oasis Lake II is Vivantia Homes' second phase in downtown Punta Cana, operated as a branded condo-hotel — INNSiDE by Meliá — rather than as apartments let on Airbnb. The developer's argument, laid out in its own comparison, is that a brand delivers higher occupancy (it cites 75% against 44% for unbranded short lets), lower platform commissions and a professional operator, in exchange for a management fee.

Units start at US$171,000 for a standard suite, with larger types at US$215,000, US$250,000 and US$295,000. The ten-year business plan projects total returns of 118–142% depending on unit type; the developer quotes historical annual returns of 9–13% on earlier phases. Delivery is scheduled for July 2026. Below the US$200,000 residency threshold on its own for the entry suite; the larger units clear it.
