Ando Living is a European brand designing lively neighbourhoods throughout different parts of Europe to offer travellers a “home away from home” experience. In each neighbourhood, the club is the main attraction. It acts as a social centre where residents can interact and relish in a distinct travel experience. Units are Freehold and range from 27 sqm to 148 sqm (290 sq ft to 1600 sq ft).
The project
The project includes various amenities such as an infinity pool, sun deck, and bar. There are also extended living areas with a designated “cool working” zone and a private event area equipped with a kitchen. Of course, there is a wellness centre and gym. The convenient Concept Hub includes a local designer store, take-away corner, and a restaurant & bar with an outdoor patio.
Construction is predicted to start in Q4 2023 and be completed by Q2 2026.
Portuguese Golden Visa Investment
Investors can benefit through two revenue options:
4% Fixed Yield Guaranteed for 5 years After 5 years –the model automatically switches to the variable model. Maximum stay is a yearly travel voucher (see below under short stay) OR;
5-6% Variable Yield Estimated and not guaranteed –Expected once the building reaches maturity with optimal occupancy rates and ADRs (year 2 or 3). 50/50 split of revenue between the owner and the operator, with approximately 15/85 split of costs in favour of the owner.
