The 4 bedroom apartments will use the 4th bedroom either as a spa treatment room, gym, meditation room, office space or games area.
Investors interested in qualifying for the Citizenship By Investment Program can do so by purchasing a hotel share of ownership of The Six Senses Grenada for just $220,000 USD. Once the hotel is complete investors can enjoy the potential return of 2-5% annual returns on their investment.
