Phase three is the current release: remaining one-bedrooms from US$255,000, two-bedrooms between US$379,000 and US$459,000, and three-bedroom penthouses from US$635,000. The latest inventory shows a large share of units already sold or reserved.

Aston's hotel rental programme underpins the developer's projections: a ten-year average return of around 8.13%, with annual returns rising from roughly 6% to 11% as occupancy and nightly rates mature. Delivery is estimated for 2027. Every unit clears the residency threshold.
