Located in the southern part of the island approximately 5 minutes from the Hewanorra International Airport, The Alpina Saint Lucia Hotel and Alpina Square are both Government Approved Real Estate projects that form part of the “Equine Lagoon” under Site A of the PEARL OF THE CARIBBEAN Integrated Resort Development.
The projects benefit from their location near the Hewanorra International Airport and prominent attractions like the Pitons – Saint Lucia’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, the town of Soufrière, the Sulphur Springs, Diamond Falls, and Botanical Gardens, all of which are around 30km away.
