Dominica Citizenship By Real Estate Investment: The Advantages
Capital Preservation: The EDF contribution option is a straight-up donation and therefore applicants who go down this route are essentially buying their passport. On the other hand, the real estate option provides the opportunity to purchase physical real estate in Dominica and preserve and potentially grow their capital with their investment.
Annual Returns: Investors can enjoy annual returns from their real estate investment in Dominica whether that be a stand-alone unit or a multi-title ownership investment.
Property Usage: In most cases, CBI investors choose to purchase property that is managed for them rather than living in their unit. However, most managed investments allow investors to enjoy several weeks usage of their unit per annum.
- Closer ties to Dominica: By having a long-term investment in the country through real estate investors can create a closer connection to their new country of citizenship. Having an address and being able to receive utility bills can be another benefit for those who purchase an individual unit. This can be useful when opening bank accounts or proving tax residency in Dominica.
- Exclusive Benefits for Investors: Investors in real estate projects like Secret Bay can enjoy exclusive benefits such as being part of an exclusive luxury holiday club in which investors can exchange weeks at their property for a trip to another location.
